So the big day has come!! Alouise ( umfie, loefie, umfa, lettie, liesbet, wies, ella, ) and Lionel (Lio-nel, nigel, shipo ) got married at Stone Cradle Restaurant close to Rietvlei dam in Pretoria.
We have known Alouise for many years and have had some stunning parties together. Where did they meet?.......on the internet.

Martin and Nicolene got married at the stunning Isiphiwo wedding venue in Pretoria.
I have been looking forward to this wedding since I met Nicolene and Martin for the first time, and my feeling was right…we got stunning wedding photos.
With them giving me more than enough time and the stunning venue it was VERY difficult to only choose 63 images ( already much more than I normally post)

My first time at Toadbury Hall for a wedding and I surely hope that I can do plenty more wedding there!! This venue is amazing for photos!! I think we used about 10% of what can be used.
I was second shooter with Kobus from Mega-pix Photography. Must say I like to be second shooter once in a while...it gives me chance to explore different angles and ideas.
Wow !!!! the cake!!! never had cake this good...I just couldn't stop myself..... Had 4 slices ( perk of being second shooter)

Fairways Hotel at the Randpark Golf Club......Wow, this venue has so many possibilities. You have the golf course, the stunning architecture of the hotel and lovely gardens.
Venues like these makes a photographers life so much easier.
Although we were a bit late for the "good light" it was still easy to get stunning wedding images inside the Hotel.

Diep in die Berg has always been one of my favorite venues ( and it isn't just because its just around the corner of my home), every time I capture a wedding at this stunning venue I find another spot that is mindblowing for photos.
I was helped by Shalane who took the grooms photos and Marcel my Sister-in law's son was my "slave/voice activated lightstand" for the day. Thanks to both of you.

The past weekend I helped Clinton Venter as a second shooter at Zebra lodge. Was a long time that I have been "second shooter" at a wedding but I had a great time.
Every time I go this venue I see more stunning spots to take photos, just wish we had double the time on every wedding!!
